B&B Residenza Umberto was the perfect base for exploring eastern Sicily. Located on Via Etnea, it offered easy access to the airport, train station, and bus terminal. We were able to visit Etna, Taormina, Siracusa, Aci Castello, and Ferrovia Circumetnea easily by public transport. The B&B itself was housed in a charming old building, with clean and comfortable rooms. The kitchen was well-stocked with complimentary food and drinks throughout the day. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking to experience the charms of eastern Sicily.

I arrived at B&B Residenza Umberto late at night due to a delayed flight, and the staff kindly waited for me. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a private bathroom, which was a plus. The breakfast included a variety of options, such as croissants, yogurt, tea, coffee. I also appreciated the convenient location near the park and the ease of finding a free parking spot nearby. I had a pleasant stay.

My room included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk. The rate was me$ 30. The staff was amicable and efficient and the host too.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. The owner, Gildo, provided lots of helpful information about the city and helped us resolve a payment issue with the credit card company. The room was spacious with a private toilet and balcony. The place was clean, had good furniture and wifi. We also appreciated the use of the kitchen for making coffee and snacks. It's great value for money.

The location of this B&B is simply mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city and easily accessible. The room was super clean and spacious, with a stunning view from the high-rised window. The lady in charge was incredibly kind, allowing us to leave our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city hassle-free. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff, especially Gildo and Pal, were amazing, always ready to assist. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

The room at B&B Residenza Umberto was cozy and comfortable with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. I loved the parquet floors and the modern feel of the room. It also had air conditioning, which was a great relief in the hot weather.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but I understand that some guests may enjoy having it.
